Don Carlson moved from Nebraska to Wharton in 1971 after attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Chadron State in the school of Business Management. He spent 25 years as Executive Vice President in sales, marketing and advertising at Healthfocus. He served as Mayor of Wharton from 1978 – 1986. He is a past president of the Wharton Lions Club, member of the Wharton Chamber of Commerce, and currently president of the Wharton Economic Development Corporation. He is licensed in Annuities, Life & Health, Property & Casulty and Managing General Agent. Don and his wife, Susie, have four children and 3 grandchildren. |

Jim Worthing was born and raised in Wharton, Texas. After graduating in 1974 from Baylor University, he returned to Wharton to join his father as a partner in Worthing Insurance Agency. His father passed away in 1982, and Jim continued to operate the agency until a merger of several companies formed Insurance Net, Inc. in 1996. He is a past president of Wharton Lions Club, past chairman of the Hartford’s Jonathan Trumbull Council, and a former director of the Wharton Industrial Foundation.
His daughter Ashley is a Financial Analyst with Cynergy Corporation. His son Bart is an Account Executive with First Franklin Finance Corporation. Both of them reside in Houston. |

Justin Siska was born and raised in Wharton, Texas. After graduating from Wharton High School, he attended McMurry University on a football scholarship. In 2002 he graduated from McMurry University’s School of Business with a degree in business and marketing. He worked for the Knights of Columbus Insurance Agency for three years, where he was named Agency Salesman of the Year each year. Justin joined Insurance Net in 2005, where he specializes in annuities, life, health, disability, long term care, and retirement needs. He and his wife Jessica, have one daughter, Abigale. |

Bob Brooke was born and raised in Minnesota. As soon as he heard about Texas, he came as fast as he could, arriving in North Texas in 1973 and moving to Wharton in 1998. Bob attended the University of Minnesota, University of Hawaii and Seattle University and holds the Certificate in Marketing from the University of Houston.
For over thirty years, Bob has worked in marketing, helping companies in the hospitality, manufacturing, telecom, computer, banking and insurance industries. He received his Texas Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses in 2002. As an agent, his specialty is assisting small business owners with their entire spectrum of business and personal insurance needs. Bob holds the LUTCF professional designation from the American College and is completing the Risk Management program from the International Risk Management Institute.
He is active in his church as a worship leader and Bible teacher. Bob and his wife Diann enjoy their five grown children and eight grandchildren. |
